Gin
7oaks GIN

Sevenoaks gin was born in Settequerce, the place where we, at Villa Laviosa, conceive and manufacture our products.
Settequerce is a small hamlet in the village of Terlano, between Bolzano and Merano. Surrounded by vineyards and apple orchards, it is overlooked by mountains populated by castles and legends.
Sevenoaks gin is meant to be a tribute to our land, to its symbols (the seven oaks and the legend of 'Castel del Porco' depicted on the bottle), and to the botanicals and wild fruits of our forests.
Sevenoaks gin is obtained through a double distillation of six different botanicals:
- juniper berries
- angelica roots
- sage
- small red fruits (raspberries, blueberries and wild strawberries)
Distillation uses artisanal methods, in small quantities, to ensure a perfect balance between the different components and to preserve the constant quality of the product.
In the glass its colour is transparent, crystal-clear and brilliant.
On the nose, Sevenoaks gin stands out with its bouquet of delicate, velvety aromas of small berries.
On the palate, the warm notes of juniper berries initially emerge. Then come - in harmony with the other botanicals - the refined hints of blackberries, wild strawberries and raspberries.
Sevenoaks gin is smooth and enveloping, with traditional hints of juniper combining with the wild aromatic nuances of mountain forests, giving this distillate an unusual freshness.
