Grape type/Ingredients: Distillation of a particular selection of red grapes from our region.
Distillation process: We have chosen a particular aging process: for 24 months, the grappa is put into oak barriques usually used to age whiskey. Afterwards it is put into ash wood for further six months.
Processing: Grape fermentation is carried out in special vats featuring a constant temperature control. Graps are afterwards distilled using an alambic in bain-marie.
Appearance: Intens gold colour
Aromatic profile: Intense, warm and soft. It reminds of the aroma of freshly baked bread, vanilla and dry fruit.
Taste: Full, rich, spicy with persistent notes of almonds and chocolate.
Alcoholic strength: 45% vol.
To serve: Serve at room temperature.
Packaging: Screen-printed decanter in cherry wood.
Number of bottles: 450 bottles per year.
